Quality Control Technician - 1st shift - QCTEC006026-00001

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: We are currently seeking an experienced QC Tech to join our dedicated team in Williamsport, PA.

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for insuring that various visual inspections and checks are accomplished and specifications are followed in the day-to-day operations of the fabrication shops to assure the quality of the product meets customer requirements. This position is located in the Paint Bay.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:  * 1-3 years experience in a structural steel fabrication shop

LICENSE, CERTIFICATES OR REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:  * AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and paint experience a plus!  * For paint inspection, NACE Level I or higher  * Bridge Coatings Inspector or equivalent certifications.
