Duties : Perform advanced development, support, and implementation of complex systems using specialized domain knowledge and highly- developed business expertise. Implement standard methodologies, resolve test issues, track and prioritize defects, record test results, participate in product readiness and release decisions. Liaise with product teams, product owners and scrum masters to integrate project plans, test schedules, and metrics reporting. Ensure automation is constantly running, analyzing, and promptly reporting on failures. Research, investigate, implement, and mentor junior team members in the areas of Agile testing practices, Test Driven Development, test automation, and reporting test metrics. Plan and execute across multiple product teams and external partners. Foster end-to-end testing across multiple applications. Position allows for 100% remote work. Reports to company HQ in Westlake, TX.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $160,000 to $246,800 per year

What you have

Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive- post bachelor’s experience in a related occupation.

Experience must include the following: Gherkin to capture business feature tests and workflows in Cucumber; Selenium Automation; Cucumber framework to test in Java, Ruby, and C#; BDD; JavaScript, Java, C#, Ruby, and TypeScript; and Rest Assured, Test Complete, and QTP.
