Robert Half Accounts Receivable Clerk in Wayne, Pennsylvania

Description

We are offering an opportunity in the manufacturing industry located in Wayne, PA. The role is for an Accounts Receivable Clerk, with a focus on managing partner pass-through processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing, funding, and collection of service receivables. This role is also responsible for maintaining and reconciling customer accounts, creating invoices, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage service and usage contracts with vendors and lessees

• Analyze client intentions and needs and provide timely solutions

• Maintain active communication with other Operations Team Members to optimize cooperation

• Process inquiries according to SLA parameters

• Participate in conference calls with Customers (internal and external) and vendors to provide excellent customer service

• Manage meter read collection activities to ensure reporting accuracy

• Review and reconcile pass-through funding discrepancies

• Participate in testing events for new or updated system functionality

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting

• Adhere to regulations and procedures for account reconciliation and collection processes

• Utilize Microsoft Word for documentation and invoice creation

• Utilize digital archiving for document storage and financial notes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or similar role is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a must

• Demonstrated ability to handle data entry tasks

• Experience with invoice processing and billing procedures

• Familiarity with collection processes and account reconciliation

• Strong customer service and sales skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to review contracts and financial notes

• Experience in reporting and documentation

• Knowledge of regulations within the manufacturing industry

• Ability to support operations and optimize procedures

• Proficient in performing reconciliations

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
