Job Summary

The E-commerce Shipping Lead will work closely with team to oversee end to end shipping process for seeds and gardening merchandise.   This key role will ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping deadlines to all of our customers.  As a Lead, this role works closely with Operations Manger to ensure a smooth day-to-day process.

Location:     Corporate Office - Warminster, Pa

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day marketing fulfillment operations.

• Prepare daily workload and delegate to team accordingly.

• Managing productivity to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

• Oversee stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise.

• Problem solve issues with a sense of urgency by effectively collaborating and communicating with the team.

• Provides administrative support to management as needed.

• Perform other job related duties as requested.

• Works on special projects with the warehouse supervisor.

• Reports to corporate office Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm. Overtime as needed. 

   

  Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years experience manufacturing environment

• E-commerce experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer and math skills

• Able to effectively communicate

• Able to read, speak and count in English

• Excel, D365, Vendor Central Preferred
