As the Marketing Manager you will lead the development of marketing initiatives to accelerate the scaling and user adoption of our digital solutions, supporting growth goals across of our Digital platform and its SaaS offering. Reporting to the Manager, Channel Marketing, you will partner with members across the organization to set strategy, articulate a vision, and lead the team toward achieving goals.

You Will:

  • Lead the execution of the marketing roadmap and strategy, for our landscape of digital solutions, including SaaS platforms.

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific goals across different channels and segments.

  • Use data, insights, and KPIs to inform brand strategies.

  • Manage execution of integrated B2B marketing campaign plans, including lead generation, that support departmental goals and guide awareness and growth.

  • Manage all phases of integrated marketing campaigns including campaign strategy planning and scheduling, budget planning and tracking of expenses, creative and production timelines, consolidating and reporting marketing campaign performance metrics/effectiveness, and driving improvements.

  • Project manage execution of marketing deliverables for new initiatives ensuring on-time delivery and identifying potential risks to a team of product managers, sales managers, internal creative services, and external agencies.

  • Manage digital/automated lead nurturing campaigns paths including lead scoring, list segmentation, testing, and analytics

  • Manage the strategy of trade shows/events and memberships related to their assigned business unit and overseeing execution to include pre and post-event promotions, coordination of editorial meetings, and lead follow up

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing or Marketing Communications.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

  • Experience with strategic marketing operations, brand marketing, product marketing, advertising, or multi-branded marketing.

  • Knowledge of the digital and offline marketing landscape and how they interrelate.

  • Experience with AARRR funnel, and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS marketing.

  • Experience with marketing campaign planning and best practices.

  • Developed and launched marketing campaigns on time and on budget with positive results.

  • Demonstrated experience executing trade shows and events, advertising, and digital marketing activities.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo.

  • Experience measuring and reporting marketing campaign results.
