Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder Programmer who is proficient in using Numroto, Rollomatic VGPro, Walter Tool Studio and/or Anca ToolRoom software. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating master programs for CNC machines to produce high-quality tools and parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Use Numroto, Rollomatic VGPro, Walter Tool Studio and/or Anca ToolRoom software to program and set up CNC machines to produce high-quality tools and parts.
Perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
Analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure the accurate production of parts.
Work closely with production teams to ensure that all parts are manufactured to the required specifications and quality standards.
Continuously monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Work with the engineering team to develop and improve production processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining, programming or related field is preferred.
5+ years of experience in CNC tool and grinder programming.
Must be proficient in using Numroto, Rollomatic VGPro, Walter Tool Studio and/or Anca ToolRoom software (multiple disciples preferred).
Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and programming languages.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
