Job Description:

​Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Land Surveyor to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible to carry out the road and Bridgesmaintenance/construction field surveys along with the utilities protection/relocation activities.

• Responsible to conduct field operations/surveys on land.

• Responsible to witness contractor performing surveys, logging the information and verifying the installed quantities in coordination with the contractor, employer and quantity surveyors on the team.

• Responsible to identify the client’s priority zones on the critical path and update progress reports daily. Must maintain Daily Log of all Activities.

• Troubleshoot challenges with the Contractor and other Consultants in order to achieve measurable success.

• Liaise with other agencies (Consultants/Contractors/ Relevant Authorities) to coordinate the survey work.

• Prepare neat sketches to support the field work.

• Preserve all the survey information (field books, sketches & calculations).

• Complete all surveying assignments on schedule and within man-hour and cost budgets.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum (5) years’ experience or Diploma in Field Surveying / maintenance/ Bridges /construction of roads and utilities.

• Ability to communicate in English with a high proficiency both written and spoken.

• Prior Experience on a Construction Supervision Consultant Team or Project Management Consultant Team.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, GPS and Office 365.

• Equivalency certificate from UAE-MOE for the Educational Certificate

• Surveyor card from ADM

• UAE experience is a must

• Survey License from ADM/Town Planning Department is a plus.

• Equivalency certificate from UAE-MOE for the Educational Certificate

• Intermediate Leadership/Managerial Skills (Working with Survey team)
