Job Description:

General Objective

Responsible for leading engineering change projects that give maintenance to the product during its life. Communicate, understand, interpret, coordinate and manage engineering changes for the success of the project.

Academic requirements:

Engineering Mechatronics, electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, electronics, or related career.

Qualifications & Knowledge:

  • Experience in the manufacturing area focused on the product or design area.

  • Knowledge of blueprint creation and reading, mechanical, electrical, BOM management.

  • High level of English.

  • PCM or Product Life Cycle work.

  • High knowledge of engineering changes or new product launches (desirable).

Abilities & Preferred Skills:

  • Dynamic.

  • Teamwork.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical activities, drawings, deliverables, BOM.

  • Coordinate activities with the multidisciplinary team for the success of the project.

  • Coordinate and execute technical analysis in cases of feeding a root cause analysis.

  • Correctly implement engineering changes in the organization.

  • Provide escalation support to the technical or project team.

  • Escalate potential risks identified in time, and those that are identified as urgent, escalate them immediately for the correct allocation of resources.

  • Provide support in general activities required by the department.
