In this role, you'll be the face of the showroom, providing top-notch service to clients while supporting the business objectives.  You'll thrive in this professional office environment and the dynamic setting of a showroom within a factory.Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.$20-25/hr DOEKey Responsibilities:Be the welcoming face and first point of contact in the showroomIdentify sales opportunities by understanding and addressing customer needsCultivate positive relationships with clients, both new and existingAssist customers in product selection and provide information about current offeringsUtilize various communication tools like video chat platforms to connect with clientsManage client accounts efficiently in a Sales Information SystemCollaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiencesContribute creatively to the visual presentation of our showroomKey Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive approach and initiative in problem-solvingStrong attention to detail and ability to think criticallyProficiency in reading and understanding architectural drawingsOrganizational prowess and a collaborative mindsetComfortable with common computer applications (e.g., Excel, Word, email, social media)Requirements:Associate degree in interior design or relevant experienceBackground in sales, customer service, or marketing preferredSelf-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and growExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and computer proficiencyIf you're ready to bring your communication skills and passion for customer service to this exciting team, we want to hear from you!
