Philips Consumer Marketing Manager, Sleep & Respiratory Care in Shanghai, China

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Represent the voice of Philips’ consumer in China and responsible for delivering measurable business impact (growth, consumer NPS and brand preference) for Oxygenator and Nebulizer products of Sleep & Respirator Care business through the creation and implementation of rolling integrated consumer centric marketing plan in China.

You are responsible for

  • Developing and implement rolling integrated consumer marketing plan, based on consumer, market and competitor insights (which includes the champion propositions) as input to the BMC plans in China.

  • Localization of global content and local content creation (influencers, PR, etc.) including omni-channel calendar (in which NPI sits) and portfolio management (phase in phase out)

  • Local insights about consumers, markets, competition and trends, and provides input to the businesses during VPC and PDLM

  • Developing winning and effective portfolio strategy and innovation roadmap for Oxygenator & Nebulizer portfolio in China

  • Oxygenator & Nebulizer product concept creation and validation in EC market to ensure its focus consumer & competition set & business relevancy.

  • New local for local Oxygenator launch strategy development (target, positioning, product, pricing, channel).

  • Working with Home marketing team on home products proposition/concept/pricing consumer validation.

  • Working with sales team to drive Oxygenator and Nebulizer EC business.

  • Penetrating and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders together with sales team.

You are a part of

Sleep & Respiratory Care business. You will report to Senior Business Marketing Manager and collaborate with Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Clinical Application, etc. You will base in Shanghai.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.

  • Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience in consumer / healthcare domain, including localizing value propositions to unique customers and market.

  • Bachelor's degree above, majoring in in Business/ Strategic Marketing preferred.

  • Solid experience with marketing activation, and strong understanding of consumer motivations and insights.

  • Excellent planning & organizational skills, being able to prioritize and manage both short term and long-term tasks/priorities and works well under pressure

  • Ability to understand and manage a full Profit & Loss account.

  • An outgoing personality, persuasive in communication, strong ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and agency partners.

  • Fluent in English and native in Mandarin
