Job Description

A Turner Duckworth Account Manager is exceptionally organized and a highly adroit multi-tasker, able to work under pressure, change direction quickly, and juggle multiple work streams. In this role, you’ll support the Senior Account Managers and your fellow Account Managers to develop an understanding of the role of design systems/assets/importance of a VIS while managing small to medium-sized, straightforward workstreams with close oversight from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and collaborate daily with senior account team members across various projects

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal team

  • Maintain and update project schedules and internal project calendars

  • Provide competitive landscape information/samples for the design team

  • Coordinate internal and client meetings, troubleshoot challenges that arise

  • Analyze client feedback and write design orders for the internal team with close oversight from senior team member; ensuring that client feedback is actionable and on brief; alerting team when feedback or client requests warrant change orders; writing change orders, obtaining approval and integrating with existing work streams

  • Author and present slides for client presentations

  • Manage the project completion documentation case studies/videos

  • Manage project finances: draft small and medium project scopes with close oversight from senior team members, manage the PO process, maintain accurate budget trackers, update forecast on a weekly basis; prepare monthly Point of Completion Revenue Recognition (POC) report as well as client billing

  • Write RFPs to bud third party supplies for design services

  • Prepares client emails, meeting recaps, status reports and project trackers

  • Manage document controls, presentation transmissions and project file organization

  • Updates staff resourcing to reflect project schedules and team assignments

  • Partners with office admin staff on securing team travel needs

Qualifications

3+ years account management experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mentality

Highly organized and adaptable

Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco given in-studio expectation of 3x/wk (Monday's, Tuesday's & Thursday's)

$58,500 - $92,500 annually. This is the pay range Turner Duckworth believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Turner Duckworth reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, Turner Duckworth will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
