Description We are offering an opportunity for a HR Recruiter based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role involves seeking out, interviewing, and screening applicants to fill existing and future job openings, and promoting career opportunities within the organization. The HR Recruiter will also establish relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring and business needs

• Perform searches for experience in candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals

• Conduct interviews with applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills

• Prepare and maintain employment records accurately and efficiently

• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection

• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations

• Use verbal and written communication skills for negotiation and customer service

• Apply basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities

• Apply basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training

• Apply basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning

• Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks. Requirements 2+ years recruiting experience Workday
