This role leads end-to-end full-cycle recruiting efforts in assigned areas, with a primary focus on hourly hiring in our Distribution Centers. Delivers creative strategies to attract and hire best-in-class talent, with intense focus on delivering exceptional brand-worthy candidate experiences that strengthen the Company’s reputation as an Employer of Choice. Drives for results and thrives in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment. Models accountability, customer focus, curiosity and resilience within Talent Acquisition and across the broader organization.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Chicagoland offices (Northbrook, Romeoville & Naperville) and requires 25% time in the office

A day in the life as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter....

  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partner to understand talent needs and job requirements, and establish appropriate, relevant recruitment strategies to meet the needs

  • Manage a high volume of requisitions and actively recruit for associates at all levels, from entry level to experienced

  • D rive all aspects of full-cycle recruitment, and communicate appropriately with candidates, hiring managers, HRBPs and other stakeholders throughout the process

  • Act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle, always with a focus on delivering brand-worthy candidate experiences

  • Support, guide and influence hiring managers throughout the hiring process to ensure a consistent, timely, high quality process that delivers optimal results

  • Educate and coach leaders on interviewing techniques, processes and tools

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to attract, source and select top talent

    What you’ll bring to the table…

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and assessing talent, delivering and negotiating offers, and working with hiring managers throughout the process to understand and deliver talent that matches the needs of the business

  • Strong sense of personal accountability and drive for results

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment with competing priorities and deadlines

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and confidence to interact with all levels of the organization

    We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • 2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment

  • High volume recruiting experience strongly preferred

  • Experience in HR recruiting practices (i.e., interviewing skills, sourcing strategies, etc.) and tools (i.e., ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, boolean searches, etc.)
