Supply Chain Program Manager BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Program Manager (Contractor) (Contractor) for Fully Remote work opportunity in Redmond, WA Position Title: Supply Chain Program Manager (Contractor) Location: Redmond, WA ( Fully Remote Work) Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP Expected Duration: 3 + Months Contract Job Type: Contract Pay: $55.00-$60.00 on w2 only Responsibilities * Support development and implementation of policies, processes and procedures for supply chain execution and ensure regional alignment with the organization's goals and objectives * Work with supply chain expertise to identify short and long term opportunities for process improvement and optimization * Proactively drive change management to identify gaps in internal and external processes * Proactively drive efficiency and quality improvement, while eliminating non-value-add activities and reducing cycle times * Share relevant insights and solutions cross-functionally to ensure operational processes and plans are evolving to meet future business needs * Evaluate and monitor adherence to policy, educate stakeholders on policy compliance and support the remediation and resolution of issues * Review, update and maintain existing policies, processes and procedures Requirements * Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, construction management or a related field, or equivalent work experience * 5-7 years of supply chain related experience required Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience * Minimum 5-7 years experience with : Analytical thinking/ strategy thinking * Minimum 5-7 years experience with : Verbal communication skills, conversation skills, articulation skills * Minimum 5-7 years experience with : Mapping skills Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: overall years of experience in the field. * 7 years of experience * Degrees or certifications required: degree is required to be eligible for this role. * Prefer supply chain degree or CPM certification Skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong analytical and decision-making skills * Knowledge of procurement and contracting processes * Experience in procurement and contracting activities * Demonstrated strategic thinker * Ability to work independently and manage one's time * Ability to work with technical and non-technical groups in a fast pace, dynamic environment, with an open and collaborative mindset Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
