Description

There is a current need for a Senior Analyst - Financial Systems by one of Robert Half's clients. As the Senior Analyst - Financial Systems, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, modification, implementation, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of the financial planning applications. The Senior Analyst -Financial Systems will also formulate and define systems and objectives based on a good understanding of applicable business systems. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Philadelphia area.

Key responsibilities

• Monitors and troubleshoots scheduled data integrations for financial planning applications as well as sales pacing applications.

• Handles intake of and performs monthly maintenance updates to Anaplan and Essbase applications.

• Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation, as necessary.

• Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

  Requirements

The ideal Senior Analyst -Financial Systems candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Other requirements for the Senior Analyst -Financial Systems position include and are not limited to:

• 5+ years of experience with financial planning or reporting toolset

• Experience with Hyperion, Oracle Cloud, Anaplan or OneStream preferred.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Must have demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy

• Team player with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
