We are currently seeking a Director of Finance to join our team. The Director of Finance is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining management information and reporting systems needed to manage the organization's financial, accounting and payroll functions. As a member of the leadership team, the Director of Finance is involved in assisting the CFO with financial and strategic planning, policies and systems that meet the organization's financial needs.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Fiscal Management

Financial Reporting

Supervising Financial Department

Accounts Receivable Controls & Compliance

Grants Fiscal Operations Management

Strategic Planning & Leadership duties

Must possess an advanced level of general skills, including written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA strongly preferred. Length and depth of relevant work experience will be considered.
