Lead data science and advanced analytics capabilities for SOLVE(D). Apply diverse advanced analytic techniques to measure and help guide marketing investments decisions across digital, search, social, and all forms of media. Develop new and evolve/enhance current data science and advanced analytics capabilities, products, and solutions to create new intellectual property; drive differentiation and competitive advantage; reinforce our leadership position in providing comprehensive and effective marketing services/solutions; bring new opportunities to clients; and generate new sources of organic revenue. Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, 3rd-party vendors, and operational areas within the agency. Oversee a team of data science and advanced analytical professionals in the delivery of specific intelligence products, handling priority ad hoc requests from internal and external teams, and new business development opportunities. Actively participate in new business pitches.Requirements:Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics, plus 2 years of experience in the position offered or in a data science director or associate director position.ORBachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics, plus 5 years of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in the position offered or in a data science director or associate director position.*All required experience must have included conceptualizing, designing, and delivering data-driven solutions using identification/quantification, segmentation/targeting, natural language processing (NLP), statistical and machine learning models, and network analysis; planning, executing, and evaluating a broad range of strategic marketing initiatives and programs by performing analytical techniques such as time series data analysis, segmentation, univariate and multivariate statistical analysis, various metrics and key performance indicators, research and test design, significance testing, variance and growth calculations, forecasting, and return on investment; knowledge of machine learning, graph analytics, and data structures; working with technology teams to integrate data models into a broader marketing analytics environment; working with media and website analysis tools and vendors; programming in R, Python, Spark, and SQL and using Unix, Git, and Markdown for process documentation and code versioning; and creating consumable data outputs and data visualizations for business understanding and for actionable next steps, and presenting business analysis to clients.This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York City office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.#LI-DNI

Minimum Salary: 232,000 Maximum Salary: 240,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
