The ideal candidate is someone who loves numbers, is highly motivated, is a self-starter and works well independently and on a team. This individual reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

How Will You Contribute?

In this role you will play a pivotal role in ensuring your sales branch sales activities and objectives are achieved. You will work in lockstep with the General Sales Director and Sales Managers to assist in execution of strategy and priorities. While some of this work will come in the form of aiding in sales analysis, in cooperation with corporate analysts, a large portion of this role will be serving as the first administrative line of defense for your branch. This is a high visibility role with the potential for growth and development.

Main Focus:

  • Aid in preparation of key initiative tracking at branch level, including assisting with reporting dashboards for analyzing KPI metrics on our activity based selling programs, incentives and other initiatives

  • Assist in the execution of brand development programs and award programs.

  • Assist in compiling annual budgets, monthly forecasts and periodic reporting for management.

  • Assist with reward payout process for sales teams

  • Work alongside corporate analysts to ensure that corporate initiatives are communicated at branch level in a timely and accurate manner

  • Assist in daily customer/account/route maintenance.

  • Prepare/create invoicing as per sales team’s daily needs.

  • Maintain HD Monthly rebate system.

  • Prepare channel price lists.

  • Relaying KPI metrics for the sales team on a regular basis and fielding questions from sales leadership on data and channeling feedback from the teams to management.

    Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.

  • 0-2 years in an analytical, coordinator, or sales administrative role. Prior sales experience a plus.

  • Desire to expand skillset and continually improve business acumen in role.

  • Knowledge of the industry or market preferred.

  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel (e.g. vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)

  • Self-motivated, highly detail oriented and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding working environment with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • Ability to manage multiple daily/weekly routine tasks, projects and priorities with competing deadlines.

  • Superior work ethic with strong organizational skills.

  • Comfortable building relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse working environment.

    Hourly Salary: $31.00 - $33.00

    It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
