JPMorgan Chase Digital Markets Business Manager-Associate in New York, New York

The Digital Markets Business Manager will provide end-to-end support in driving a number of key initiatives across crucial Digital Markets and E-trading businesses . The Business Management team is searching for an Associate or VP with core skillsets presented with the unique opportunity to allow them to lead effectively within the business-oriented technology domain and drive to execute and implement on business strategy.

As a Digital Markets Business Manager within our Business Management team, you will provide end-to-end support in promoting key initiatives across crucial Digital Markets and E-trading businesses. You will have the unique opportunity to lead effectively within the business-oriented technology domain and promote to execute and implement on business strategy. This role offers the chance to develop product strategies, manage business risk, and support global business with strategic analysis, planning, and forecasting. You will also partner with cross-LOB Business Managers to ensure consistency and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and counterweight to Digital Markets Business leads

  • Coordinate implementation of new business strategies, strategic initiatives / platform, including aligning front office and support groups (Finance, Tech, Ops, Legal, Compliance, etc.)

  • Manage business risk and new initiatives

  • Develop product strategies and drive implementation

  • Support global business with strategic / competitive analysis, planning, forecasting and business reviews

  • Partner with cross-LOB Business Managers & cross-LOB regional Business Managers to ensure consistency and best practices

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Experience in Business Manager, Finance, Technology or Strategy roles covering Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, Data and Software Services, or Electronic Trading.

  • Proficient knowledge in information technology, digital capabilities and end-to-end infrastructure within financial institutions with practical experience

  • Basic understanding of front-to-back best practices across multiple asset classes and trading market structure

  • Knowledge and experience in electronic products and platforms across institutional markets

  • Ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely via Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau dashboards

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Presents well to senior and global business heads

  • Demonstrated credibility in managing a business, business function or team

  • Ability to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions

  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task well under pressure with energetic and dynamic style
