TEKsystems Affiliate Marketing Manager in New York, New York

Affiliate Marketing Manager | 11 month contract | Hybrid 3x a week in Manhattan

My client, a major e-commerce fashion retailer, is looking to add an Affiliate Marketing Manager to help drive growth in their affiliate marketing channel by owning and managing strategies. This person will report to the Head of Brand Marketing and develop/maintain relationships with business partners within affiliate publishing and influencer space.

Responsible for owning all aspects of affiliate channels including marketing strategy, publisher management/negotiations, reporting, analysis and optimizations. Manager will work closely with key members of brand marketing team and with partners across the business. In order to be successful in this role candidate must be extremely organized, have excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new partners and expand existing publisher and influencer relationships.

  • Test and learn frequently, analyzing and optimizing based on results.

  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and all ad-hoc data requests to monitor and analyze performance.

  • Optimize the affiliate program to align with business strategy.

  • Review and audit their brand presence on publisher platforms.

  • Control marketing spend, inclusive of forecasting, to grow the affiliate program while improving efficacy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with proven experience owning and managing strategies

  • Understanding of and passion for fashion e-commerce

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

  • Willingness to take risks and innovate with a test-and-learn mindset.

  • Strong interpersonal, partnership and management skills

  • Superb project management skills including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills

  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written presentation skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-centric go-getter
