Analyste d’Affaires / Business Analyst

Le rôle que nous vous proposons :

En tant qu’analyste d’affaires contractuel intégré chez Bell Textron Canada Ltée. (BTCL), vous aurez l’occasion de contribuer au maintien d’une relation d’affaires réussie. Êtes-vous prêts à :

• jouer le rôle d’expert en la matière au sein de BTCL pour les activités de Soutien Logistique Intégré (ILS) et les autres services de CAE ;

• produire des extraits/transferts de données en support au service ILS, ou personnalisés selon les besoins des intervenants ;

• coordonner les activités d’analyse de soutien logistique (LSA) chez BTCL pour le programme de Prolongation limitée de la durée de vie du CH146 Griffon ;

• réviser les livrables ILS préparés par CAE avant leur soumission au bureau de gestion de programmes ;

• exécuter des mises à jour de différentes bases de données logistiques, exécuter des scripts de transfert et traiter des fichiers tout en validant les résultats (continuité et intégralité) ;

• concevoir, améliorer et/ou maintenir des scripts de transfert en identifiant des opportunités d’amélioration ;

• supporter le développement d’un Environnement Intégré d’Information (EII) chez BTCL visant une meilleure intégration des données : communiquer avec différents départements, définir des exigences d’affaires et élaborer des schémas de données relationnelles ;

• participer aux tests des nouvelles fonctionnalités et à la validation de données de l’EII ;

• développer une relation profitable et durable avec les différents intervenants ?

  La personne que nous recherchons possède :

• un baccalauréat en sciences/génie, technologies de l’information ou informatique (ou combinaison d’expérience équivalente) ;

• de l’expérience en analyse de soutien logistique ;

• des compétences en programmation (VBA, SQL, Power BI) et gestion de base de données ;

• d’excellentes capacités de communication, avec de la facilité à traduire des données en informations exploitables ;

• un haut niveau d’autonomie et d’initiative ;

• des aptitudes à communiquer en français et en anglais (tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit) dans le domaine technique.

  Seront considérés comme des atouts, sans être essentiels :

• Connaissance des aéronefs et du mode de fonctionnement de la Défense Nationale

• Connaissance du Système d’Information de Gestion-Maintenance des Aéronefs (SIGMA)

  Requis opérationnels :

• Doit être en mesure de respecter les exigences du Programme des marchandises contrôlées (PMC) du Canada et, dans certains cas, aux exigences ITAR

• Doit être éligible à l’obtention et au maintien de la cote de fiabilité du gouvernement du Canada, et de la cote de sécurité niveau 2 (secret)

• Le profil de travail flexible est de type hybride, soit 60% en télétravail. Possibilité d’horaire de travail 9/80, soit 80 heures réparties sur 9 jours. Les installations pour le travail en présentiel (BTCL Mirabel) ne sont pas accessibles via les transports en commun. Une voiture est requise.

The role we are offering you:

As an embedded business analyst contractor at Bell Textron Canada Ltd. (BTCL), you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of a business relationship. Are you ready to:

• act as a subject matter expert within BTCL for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities and other services provided by CAE

• perform data extraction/transfer to support ILS in-service activities or in response to stakeholders’ logistic requests

• coordinate Griffon Life Limited Extension logistic support analysis activities at BTCL

• review ILS deliverables prepared by CAE prior to submission to the program management office

• execute periodic data updates, transfer scripts, process files and monitor the results (continuity and completeness)

• develop, improve and/or maintain data transfer scripts, determining possible areas for improvement

• support the development of an Integrated Information Environment module (IIE) at BTCL to better integrate data : liaise with various departments, provide data mapping and elaborate relationship diagrams

• participate in the IIE new functionalities testing and data validation effort

• develop meaningful and lasting relationship with stakeholders

  Our ideal candidate has:

• a university degree in science/engineering, information technology or computer science (or equivalent combination of experience)

• experience in logistic support analysis

• proficiency in programming (VBA, SQL, Power BI) and database management

• excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

• a high degree of autonomy and initiative

• the ability to communicate either in French or English (oral and written) on a technical subject

  Will be considered assets, but no essential:

• knowledge of military aircraft fleets and National Defence operations

• knowledge of the Aircraft Maintenance Management Information System (AMMIS)

  Operational Requirements:

• must be able to meet the requirements of the Canada Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and in certain cases, ITAR requirements​

• must be eligible to obtaining and maintaining the government of Canada’s “Reliability” status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance

• flexible work profile is hybrid, 60% remote. Possibility of a 9/80 work schedule, which consists of 80 hours over 9 days. Location for on-site work (BTCL Mirabel) is not accessible via public transportation. A car is needed.
