Wells Fargo Senior Treasury Analyst in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst

In this role, you will:

  • Primary point of contact on team for understanding and estimating regulatory capital for resolution planning and recovery planning as well as understanding drivers of change. Includes facilitating discussions between management and key stakeholders and coordinating meetings to review and challenge certain projections with key business partners.

  • Maintain and enhancing existing processes, models and tools for calculating regulatory capital for recovery and resolution plans, including identifying model enhancements, drafting BRDs and participating in UAT.

  • Assist in the completion of resolution and recovery plan narratives that are a part of regulatory submissions.

  • Liaise with multiple internal teams, including Corporate Finance, Balance Sheet and Interest Rate Management (BSIRRM), and Credit among others.

  • Understand the evolving banking regulations with respect to resolution and recovery planning, including the ability to interpret and apply changes in the regulations to our process as well as communicate the regulations and their impact to management.

  • Assist with other legal entity forecasting routines, reporting and analysis as needed to support the team

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) framework.

  • Knowledge of regulatory capital and resolution planning requirements.

  • BS in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative field. MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; effective in communication across a variety of audiences and stakeholders, including executive management.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Essbase and General Ledger experience.

  • Proven ability to manage highly complex enterprise-wide processes.

  • High level of attention to detail; ability to translate strategy into actionable steps across direct and indirect teams.
