Required Skills: Benefits Administration Data Entry File Management Working proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office) Preferred / Nice to have skills: UKG Workday ServiceNow Job details: Plans and communicates benefits offerings for the firm. Manages benefits administration for all offices. Maintains day-to-day relationships with employees, brokers, and vendors. Completes required forms for CO FAMLI benefit. Maintains filing and archiving of paper files in the office. Conducts open enrollments, manages ERISA and COBRA compliance, and oversees health and welfare plan administration, including disability, HCRA, DCRA, life, medical, dental, 401(k) program, employee exit program, transportation programs, and time off management. Manages plans and communicates employee benefit offerings.
