Actalent Customer Outreach Specialist in Miami Gardens, Florida

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our Customer Outreach team, focusing on the Storm Secure Underground Program in the Miami/Dade area. The role involves direct interaction with service customers to inform them about the program, secure their agreement, and obtain necessary documents and signatures for utility easements required to complete projects. This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for fieldwork, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience

  • Field experience

  • Ability to read and understand construction and engineering plans

  • Competence in organizing and submitting documents electronically

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong communication abilities

  • Effective follow-up and documentation skills

  • Professional demeanor in various communication modes (in-person, phone, email)

Work Environment:

The role is primarily field-based in the Miami area with the use of a personal vehicle. Work hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10AM-7PM, with occasional adjustments to accommodate customer availability. Jeans and steel-toe boots are required in the field, and personal protective equipment such as shirts and vests will be provided. Company equipment and a phone will be issued, although there may be a need to use a personal phone temporarily.
