Program Manager, Product Development Process Excellence

Work Mode: Hybrid

Opportunity

We’re seeking an energic leader who thrives in a dynamic, growing, fast-paced, collaborative environment. Someone who is capable of and motivated by partnering with leadership in long-term planning and driving the executive of new product development. As Program Manager, you will deliver best-in-class effectiveness, speed, and agility to the product development community, providing coaching and training.

Specific Responsibilities

Own, develop and maintain Kitchen and Bath product development processes globally including:

•New Product Development (NPD)

•Current Product Development (CPD)

Define results:

•Maintain regular communication with the business to understand business results through business regional leadership.

•Understand regional business objectives and convert them into Product Development results.

Drive process change:

•Scope the change of the process to drive PD results (through workshops or other methods).

•Communication of process changes to regions.

•Documentation process changes and creation of assets.

•Optimization of process assets.

•Creation of training materials and playlists.

Train project teams:

•Introduction of processes in region.

•Training and reinforcement of process knowledge to cross-functional product development teams to effectively execute projects.

Coach for Proficiency

•Coaching of project teams on how to best use the process and at what scale based on regional and product needs.

•Partnering with all functions to collect valuable and actionable feedback, data and lessons learned to improve the product development process, application by region and product, behaviors, and culture.

•Communicate what leadership support is needed to be successful.

Skills/Requirements

•A BS/BA in engineering, business, sales, marketing, liberal arts, or related field required. Master’s degree desired. Project management, coaching and change management certifications are highly valued.

•5 or more years of experience in product development required. Project management experience preferred.

•Experience in process development and implementation is highly desired.

•Prior experience working with complex project portfolio.

•Proven change management and coaching experience.

•Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and influence at all levels.

•Tolerant of ambiguity and drives to clarity by bringing order and structure to work.

•Strategic agility (can define a clear vision and is able to clearly articulate immediate goals/actions).

•Pragmatic and creative approach to problem solving.

•Must possess a keen analytical mind, be strong on planning, detail, and accuracy.

•Mastery presentation skills.

•Operates with candor, enthusiasm, commitment, and drive to achieve business results.

Travel

Will need to be able to travel approximately 10-15%.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $113,000 - $143,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
