Channel Manager, Content Operations

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hybrid at Kohler, WI (Tues/Weds/Thurs)

Opportunity

The Channel Manager, Content and Operations is responsible integrating Brand Operations and Content development across North American Marketing. They will prioritize and align strategies, timing and budget to accomplish Brand and Business goals of market share, profitability, brand equity and revenue goals.

Primary Objectives

  • Leads the integration of all KBNA Marketing Content Development timelines via GTM process

  • Manages overall KBNA Advertising Budget

  • Partners closely with Brand Communications Studio team to proactively plan, budget and execute content creation efficiently and effectively

  • Ensure all business partners are aware of available content for use in their respective channels

Specific Responsibilities

  • Manages the overall GTM process inclusive of planning, scheduling and on-going process improvement

  • Manages the overall KBNA Advertising budget in partnership with finance and individual budget owners

  • Produces annual Marketing SOW to internal agency

  • Streamlines communications and workflow by leading omni channel needs to Internal and External agencies (as needed)

  • Partners closely with the Beacon Studio team to proactively map content creation needs on a 12-18 month rolling basis, ensuring content is created efficiently and meets the needs of the brief

  • Proactively communicates with channel partners to ensure they are aware and able to leverage content for their channels

  • Evaluates and assigns product launch priorities in Marketing Communications plans based on greatest opportunities to hit financial target, ROI and Brand metrics.

  • Build trust and gains alignment between Communications, KBNA Category Strategy and Channel Marketing organizations

Skills/Requirements

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing or related field.

  • At least 5 - 7+ years of marketing experience or advertising experience in Consumer Goods or Luxury brand company across multiple channels of trade, including ecommerce, wholesale and retail outlets with progressively more responsibility and a proven track record of successful results.

  • Demonstrated leadership cross functionally with strong ability to influence in complex organizations by building full trust from leaders, peers and teams

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, think creatively, innovate and plan with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external audiences.

  • Experience in Content development, Integrated Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Performance Marketing, Social Marketing.

  • Creative thinker & storyteller.

  • Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.

The salary range for this position is $107,650 - $137,150. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
