Drew Marine USA Logistics Coordinator - JP in Japan, Japan

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible to oversee third party warehouses operation activities in meeting regulatory compliance and inventory planning to meet business requirement in Japan.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • To use ERP -JDE to plan and place inventory to fulfill requirement of customers calling ports in Japan

  • To review inventory in warehouses, take action to avoid obsolete and damages

  • To use JDE to generate purchase and process payment to vendor

  • To assist and back up Port Coordinator processing for Japan warehouses

  • To coordinate with 3rd party agents and follow up on delivery ensuring order fulfillment, e.g. refillers of oxygen cylinders

  • To understand warehousing, transportation, import/export regulations and restriction in each port of supply for Drew Marine products

  • To travel and perform annual audit of warehouse and vendor

  • To work with agents and staff to establish cooperation for Drew business

  • To ensure Drew Japan operation compliance with Japan regulatory requirements.

  • To provide report on cost, expenses, statistics on operations in Japan

  • To assist in assigned task or project of operation issues for continuation and expansion of our business.

  • To submit weekly activities and monthly report on W&D ,inventory , cylinders movement and maintenance expenses.

  • To submit weekly activities report

  • Any other tasks that are requirement in support of Drew Marine business
