Primary Responsibilities:

• Support end-user requests and troubleshoot issues
• Participate in an SAP ECC migration to SAP HANA
• Troubleshoot SAP platform issues related to business and technical processes
• Create functional/technical specification documents
• Assist Developers in ensuring results meet business requirements.
• Research SAP best practices to meet end-user requests

Knowledge and Skills:

• Able to review ABAP code when troubleshooting (reports, enhancements, interfaces, function modules, workflow, and classes)
• Experience with various SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, TM, etc.)
• Experience with researching AS IS applicaton state
• Able to document issues, change requests, etc.
• Participaion in data migration from ECC to SAP HANA
• Experience working with both Technical staff and Business Customers
