Maintain Gaylord and hopper levels to ensure all presses meet schedule and run efficiently. 

Monitor dryer temperatures and dew points as needed.

Check

color

on molded parts to ensure they meet quality requirements - visually and with electronic equipment.

Complete resin verification checklist

Assure all material is properly labelled.

Clean hoppers and change material as needed. 

Ensure that material gay lords are covered to avoid contamination.
