Management Duties
Must be able to deal with management at all levels, both internally and externally
Assist leading the execution of engineering activities across BGS EASA Mods and ensure all products and services are delivered on time and on budget.
Implement and enforce engineering functional excellence in people, processes, tools and practices; driving productivity improvements and sharing best practices and lessons learnt.
Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manage, develop and motivate employees, including skill, career and talent development across the Project Engineering team.
Possess an understanding of engineering best practices, certification techniques, industry standards, principles, theories and concepts.
Act as Boeing representative during customer meetings such as ITCM, PDR, CDR and FAI in support of active and up-coming projects
Sets and monitors priorities for team members
Manages team workload to provide development opportunities
Ability to seek and implement process improvements
Provide regular feedback to the Senior Engineering Manager on the performance of the team
Must act in a professional manner in order to protect and enhance the Company's reputation as a world leader in aviation
Education Requirements
A recognized aeronautical or engineering degree, however other internationally recognized aeronautical qualifications will be considered based on technical knowledge and experience
Must be fluent in English both written and spoken
Required Skills/Experience

Proven record of delivering complex engineering change programmes on time and on budget
Knowledge of aircraft modifications business is highly desirable
Knowledge of Boeing engineering systems is highly desirable
Knowledge of EASA CS25 requirements applicable to aircraft interiors is highly desirable
Knowledge of commercial aircraft interiors is highly desirable
Experience working within an EASA Part 21J design organization is highly desirable
