We are looking for a Manager of Consolidations & Reporting to join our Corporate Accounting team. This position is highly visible throughout the organization and will deal with a broad range of accounting topics. As a valuable resource to the organization, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. You must also have the ability to coordinate and manage projects, be proactive and deadline-focused, as well as highly organized.

Essential Functions of the job:

• Month-end close and consolidation activities include the preparation of consolidation adjustments such as profit-in-inventory adjustment, monitoring of intercompany balancing, preparation of equity roll forward, statement of cash flow, and analytical analysis

• Manage lease accounting process

• Prepare support for the company's Annual Report (financial statements, footnotes, financial summaries, MD&A, etc.) and SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy)

• Research and resolve various accounting and SEC reporting issues and inquiries

• Liaise with the external auditors and assist with completion of the annual audit and quarterly reviews

• Analyze financial results and create management reports

• Assist with internal control policies, procedures, and documentation

• Assist with the research and implementation of new accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to disaggregate, analyze and reconcile consolidated financial data in an accurate and timely manner

• Ability to work and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel across the organization

• Strong organization skills with high level of attention to detail

• Flexibility to handle conflicting priorities and work under strict deadlines

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERPs (SAP/BPC preferred)

• Strong analytical skills

• 4-6 years of related experience

Education Required: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance (or other related field)
