The Supply Chain and Planning Manager will develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels at the Elkhart while optimizing holding costs and in line with Cash Flow strategies.

How You'll Create Possibilities

• Maintain inventory levels at the Elkhart warehouse to meet customer (OEM and Aftermarket) demand and prevent stockouts.

• Work closely with Product Microenterprises and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of materials and products.

• Identify and address potential risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions in the supply of materials and collaborate with Fulfillment on problem-solving

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Generate reports and insights for management and other stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Production, and Sales, Fulfillment Organization to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Fulfillment on short and long range forecast models and best practices to align supply chain flow and accountability to forecast & execution across sales and logistics

• Develop OEM capacity and demand model to drive insight and transparency into customer demand

• Monitor and evaluate the accuracy of demand forecasts against actual sales data. Identify and analyze discrepancies to continuously improve forecasting accuracy.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• 5 years of proven experience in forecasting, vendor management, procurement, or related roles.

• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic supply chain environment.
