The primary responsibility of the Treasury Analyst is the effective management of all payment/receipt transactions for the company. Working with the collections and payables departments, the individual will have primary responsibility of managing cash activity on a daily basis in order to ensure proper allocation of funds. The ability to extract, analyze, and present data in a concise and usable format is a must.

Responsibilities include

  • Understands and monitors compliance with policies and procedures related to cash management activities, as well as compliance with the Company’s debt covenants.

  • Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all cash management activities to support custodial and corporate transactional needs

  • Develops and refines tools for measuring, forecasting and reconciling corporate funds

  • Designs, structures, implements and maintains cash management tools to allow management to track, manage and forecast treasury management activities and underlying business trends to ensure the maintenance of adequate liquidity and risk management.

  • Reviews, analyzes and certifies cash reconciliations to identify recurring adjustments in order to propose and implement desired changes.

  • Manage collection process, analyze delinquent accounts, and recommend resolutions to improve credit quality and cash flow

  • Monitor receivables and collections and provide updates of receivables and provide appropriate reporting procedures.

  • Initiate FX trades, as well as facilitate debt payments and refinancing activities. Collaborate with various business unit members for adequate management of cash.

  • Ad-hoc projects as needed.

Required Experience

  • Three to five (3-5) years of progressive finance experience in treasury, accounting or finance, in an organization of appropriate scale and complexity

  • Previous experience working with Oracle

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

  • AAP and CTP certifications preferred

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Flexible, prepared to travel as required

  • Ideal candidate will have a desire and willingness to grow beyond the advertised role and at the appropriate time move to another role within finance or the broader Knoll organization
