Position Profile:

Regional Service Manager position is based in the East Greenville office. This position will manage a region of the US and provide resolution and communication for quality and warranty issues as they pertain Knoll products.

The RSM will work with Dealers and Customer to effectively resolve product issues. They will exchange details and information with manufacturing, quality and PD. Their responsibilities also include providing leadership and schedule activities of a team of Field Service Technicians.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Dealer visits along with the Field Service Technicians to discuss the services that Field Services can provide and how to best utilize the FS Technician

  • Regular contact with the FS Technician to discuss priorities, product issues and trade knowledge as well as to reinforce policies: statuses/RMA/damage audits

  • Create FS Technician non-bills

  • Create FS Technician FSLR

  • Conduct job site visits for quality issues and high-profile customers

  • Answer any product or service questions

  • Initiate product issue escalation when appropriate: FPR, get QA involved, schedule a Field Service Technician

  • IE Trainer

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong PC skills

  • High mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to lift heavy objects

  • Strong verbal and communication skills

  • Strong customer service focus and awareness

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
