This position, reporting to the Manager of International Trade & Logistics Strategy, is responsible for supporting the daily operations of domestic inbound raw materials and supplier finished goods. This position will require an understanding of supply chain operations. Tactical activities include, but are not limited to: shipment scheduling, load planning, confirming delivery appointments, shipment tracking, shipment routing, and other support activities as assigned.


  • Coordinate and maintain inbound delivery schedule between suppliers and destination

  • Manage shipment exceptions to resolution and track carrier delivery performance

  • Schedule and coordinate pickups from external vendors and Knoll warehouses

  • Prepare manual shipment paperwork including customs documentation, bill of ladings, and small parcel labels

  • Audit and review freight invoices for accuracy and reporting

  • Maintain current rate tables and routing guides

  • Assist in gathering documentation needed for shipment

  • Ability to support Logistics strategic vision for the future, including development of future Oracle/system modules and new supplier and carrier onboarding activities

Required Experience

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience

  • Industry Experience : 2-5 years of Logistics/Transportation experience. Experience in international shipping and dispatch as a plus.
