Position Summary

As the Systems Manager, this role is responsible for the service delivery of all compute systems. The role oversees the creation, deployment, and upkeep of both cloud-based and onpremises solutions to fulfill the organization's requirements. This position involves spearheading the identification, execution, and upkeep of vital systems and infrastructure. The preferred candidate is expected to collaborate with peer managers across the IT organization to meet service delivery requirements. Demonstrates robust leadership, team management, organizational, and communication abilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

• Spearheading, overseeing, and structuring the Systems department.

• Supervising and tracking IT projects and tasks associated with the Systems department.

• Assures the systems technology stack enables business processes, delivers a reliable and redundant environment with high service delivery metrics that are cost effective.

• Performing routine security evaluations and vulnerability analyses to fulfill compliance and information security requirements.

• Guaranteeing optimal, secure, and efficient functionality of systems infrastructure to align with organizational operations in support of the Applications Team

• Assessing the existing landscape to enhance processes, oversee vendor relationships, and develop the team.

• Collaborating on the creation and maintenance of enterprise business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.

• Experience with the following Technologies: Cisco UCS, VMware, IBM Power Systems, Rubrik, Zerto, Microsoft Azure/Entra ID, BeyondTrust Password Safe, Mimecast, Kace, Windows Server OS, Windows Domain Services, Exchange Online, SharePoint, etc
