This high-profile role is within the AT&T Business Product organization. You will be a critical member of the overall Business Wireless product team that is responsible for managing existing and bringing new Wireless voice and data plans, business wireless devices, and value-added wireless services to market.

Specifically, you will be a member of the team that, will be responsible for ensuring AT&T’s competitive position in the market and driving significant volume and revenue growth of the Trade-In/BuyBack program.

The role requires strategic & creative thought leadership, product management and development expertise, and cross-company collaboration to bring new and exciting growth offerings to market.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for P&L and life cycle management of value-added service product

  • Leads product strategy to bring evolved services to market, including concept development, market sizing, requesting capital investment, partnering with technical development teams, and managing product introductions.

  • Defines product requirements based on customer needs

  • Maintains roadmap and key dependencies across initiatives

  • Vettes capital estimates and manages budget with feature tradeoffs

  • Partners with some, but not limited to, the following teams: technical development, pricing, finance, digital, sales, and finance

Education

  • Bachelors required

  • Master’s preferred in Business, Science, Engineering; or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Typically requires 7+ years’ experience

Qualifications:

  • Required: Ability to capture and prioritize most important customer needs and technical requirements into baseline document for product design and technical development. Requires ability to run financial and analytical assessments

  • Preferred: Expertise in Product management or development, wireless experience, skilled in market research, requirements gathering, business case development, and analytics.

Our Lead Product Management & Develop, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
