As a Safety Facilitator, you will be responsible for fostering a caring culture where safety and health are ingrained as a core value with all employees. You will assist in the planning, implementation and operation of the Safety Management System. You will provide active support, training and feedback to empower employees to be safety champions in their respective positions with the collective goal to reduce risk, increase safety mindfulness, and continuously improve individual and team performance.

• Assists in the creation and execution of various safety programs, campaigns, and initiatives

• Review observation data, observation quality, and the frequency of observations and discuss/promote continuous improvement ideas and action plans related to the safety program

• Maintain historical records of trainings, action plans, and monitoring any follow-up activities

• Generate safety reports and interpret related data, communicating the data to the factory as needed

• Assists and supports in New Hire Orientation and safety trainings

Requirements

• 1+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $28.96. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
