Triple Hatter *FLSA Classification: Exempt *Reports to: Field Operations Manager Review Date: May 1, 2024 Salary Range: 70,000 - 150K (salary based on experience)

**Summary/Objective The Triple Hatter encompasses the responsibilities of a Superintendent, Quality Control Manager (QMC), and Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO). This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Superintendent Duties Essential Functions: Work collaboratively with the assigned Projector Manager on all facets of the project from pre-construction meetings to post-project documentation.

  • Perform all project start-up and close-out activities as described in the Procedures Manual.
  • Responsible for Project Site Utilization Plan and documentation as required per specifications and on-site existing condition.
  • Responsible for scheduling, sequencing, and phasing of construction activities.
  • Responsible for ordering and scheduling delivery and pick up of any equipment and/or material required by General Contractor.
  • Perform the required project line and grade layout responsibilities.
  • Prepare and distribute all field-related project administrative documents.
  • Must Display the utmost of personal integrity and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and to contribute significantly to extending a culture of collaboration, both internally and externally, in order to maintain the superior reputation of Syncon, LLC.
  • Assist other Superintendents as required.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO) Duties Essential Functions:

Perform quality and safety inspections to comply with contract and regulatory requirements.

Provide site compliance through daily site inspections and daily safety reports.

Development and/or review of APP, AHAs, crane and rigging plans.

Provide management and oversight of site-specific safety activities.

Prioritization of daily tasks to maintain safety compliance and project schedule.

Ensure that the sub-contractor's comply with all local, state, and federal safety and health requirements.
