About this role
Responsible for building and leading both large and smaller scale multi-functional program product development teams on several simultaneous projects. This includes ongoing program communication and coordination, developing and defining baseline key performance metrics, defining investments, and schedules, executing to the defined plan and meeting key targets, spearheading key program updates and tollgate review with all levels of leadership, and fostering a team atmosphere that engages and drives accountability to achieve favorable results as a team.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of program management experience
Able to travel up to 35% of time
Preferred Qualifications
Project management experience a plus
Results driven style
Strong communication skills with ability to interact within a cross functional team
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Customer-focused
Sense of urgency, self-motivated, commitment, and sense of ownership is a must
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Pay Range:
$90,263 - $157,959 Annually
