Robert Half Consolidations Manager in Burlington, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Consolidations Manager in the Technology industry, based in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role involves the consolidation of company financials and assistance with the global implementation of new consolidation tools. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely, demonstrating proficiency in Financial Consolidation, Corporate Consolidation, OneStream, and Oracle.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the company.

• Assist in the global implementation of new consolidation tools.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Utilize tools such as OneStream and Oracle for financial management and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data for consolidation.

• Analyze financial data and identify trends or issues.

• Report on financial status and risks on a regular basis.

• Work remotely, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

• Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes and efficiencies. Requirements • Proficiency in corporate consolidation and financial statements consolidation

• Strong knowledge and experience in using Oracle and OneStream

• Demonstrated ability in handling monthly consolidation and statement consolidation

• Solid understanding and prior experience with consolidation systems

• Ability to adhere to and implement consolidation policies and procedures

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a managerial position

• Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is preferred.
