POSITION PROFILE

The Customer Service Representative will perform all functions of customer service, from processing of initial quote request to order entry and final invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbox Management

  • Verify information is complete for estimator to start a quotation

  • Process acknowledgement letter to confirm receipt of email

  • Update quote log

  • Trigger purchasing and ideation functions when necessary

  • Create job in Project Pak using quote log #

  • Generate scope of work in Project Pak

  • Enter new orders and change orders in Visual Mfg.

  • Track Quote revisions

  • Receive and enter CAP orders

  • Prepare standard product packages for production

  • Get shipping and installation quotes

  • Responsible for final invoicing

  • Create new customer accounts in Visual Mfg. as needed

  • Obtain tax exempt forms for new customers, based on shipping address

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
