The Procter & Gamble manufacturing plant in Belleville, Ontario is looking for people to join its Engineering & Manufacturing management teams.

The Belleville plant is the single supplier of AlwaysTM feminine protection products for North America and is the worldwide leader of product & technology development for our biggest category of AlwaysTM products.

Job Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Technical Manager - Product Supply - Manufacturing is responsible for every aspect of product making and is recognized as an industry leader for the development of innovative production systems and technologies. Managers in a production plant have far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment / processes and the motivation of the people working in the plant. Your career as a manufacturing manager starts in our production site. Your responsibilities can range from production process analyzing / optimization as a process engineer or implementation of new equipment / product upgrades as a start up leader, to a raw material manager who stays in contact with our suppliers in order to optimize the needed raw material for the production process.

Job Qualifications

This is an in person position at the Belleville Ontario Site. Preference is given to those individuals holding university degrees (or in their final year of study) in Engineering at the Bachelor, Masters or MBA's with a technical undergraduate degree, but will consider degrees from any discipline.
