Amazon's Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results-oriented Business Operation Intern who can learn quickly and build trust with internal stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a supporting member of the ESM Central Operation Team, providing critical support to ESM business planning in identifying opportunity for business strategy, operation improvement, data & insights generation, as well as optimizing existing work process and develop tools & mechanisms to improve efficiency.

Key job responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated data processing/analysis, project/program management and strong communication skills to support multi workstream within ESM Central Operation team.

• Leverage data tools such as Excel/SQL to support in-depth data processing and analysis for multi workstreams within the team

• Support to develop/optimize SOPs, workflows, tools and mechanism to improve operational excellence

• Support to implement operational support activities for various business segments

• Work closely with cross-team stakeholders to support project/program management and track progress

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Beijing, 11, CHN

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor and above degree, ideally with some internship experience of retail or e-commerce industry.

• Graduate between 09/2024 and 09/2025.

• Proficiency in English is strongly desired.

• Excellent in Excel functions.

• Strong interesting in cross-border e-commerce.

Preferred Qualifications

• CET 6 or any other skill certifications

• At least 6 months internship

• SQL, Python or others software capabilities
