Carmeuse Americas Senior Marketing Manager in BEAVERCREEK, Ohio

Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for 3 main objectives:

  1. Driving sales growth in alignment with overall company goals by monitoring and measuring ROI for marketing activities, making recommendations, and pivoting when needed.

  2. Understanding the market landscape in which each brand performs and staying actively involved in market conditions which could affect that.

  3. Building and creating strong brand awareness and pipeline of leads for sales follow up in the markets they operate in through activities including customer engagement, digital marketing and social media strategies while tracking results vs. plan.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop & deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to identify and engage high potential targets in key geographic & vertical markets to develop a pipeline of high potential leads; collaborate with the sales team to identify, qualify, and track ROI for sales funnel leads

  • Act as project manager on multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines and objectives are met

  • Track & measure ROI on all marketing campaigns and activities and provide regular updates and recommendations for adjustments to the leadership team

  • Work cross-functionally with the Innovation center, sales, and customers to continuously produce value story materials such as case studies, testing, eblasts, presentations, customer testimonials, and videos

  • Communicate and collaborate with sales and leadership teams to identify new market potential, including new geographies and vertical markets that align with the strategic direction of the company and to drive brand awareness and education within each market to drive sales; stay abreast of macro-economic updates and the customer/ competitive landscape and regularly communicate key findings to teams

  • Oversee all aspects of marketing events including tradeshows, lunch & learns, customer appreciation events, and webinars. Evaluate and recommend key industry associations for each brand.

  • Oversee website optimization aligned with digital strategies and social media content

  • Work closely with our third-party vendors and oversee the marketing team’s efforts to drive SEO/SEM activities and measure ROI

  • Manage marketing team

Job Qualifications:

Required skills and experience:

  • 5+ years B2B marketing / market development experience

  • 3+ years – Team management

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Analytical thinker able to create insights & understanding from market data & relay that information in a digestible way to cross-functional teams and leadership

  • Strong team player than can work cooperatively with others to drive results and achieve goals

  • Proficiency in MS Office and the Adobe suite of products

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Salesforce CRM

  • Construction materials marketing experience

  • Construction Distribution or Sales experience
