JOB SUMMARY: Working with our customers to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Respond to inquiries from customers, sales representatives/managers and end consumers, utilizing multiple communication channels, including telephone, e-mail, chat and Guest Book feedback. Learn and maintain knowledge of existing and new Chapin products and product modifications. Respond to customer online reviews. Work in conjunction with engineering to identify potential product issues.
MUST HAVE: Professional demeanor Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Accurate data entry skills Ability to multi task Positive outlook, always willing to help where needed
NICE TO HAVE: Blue print reading a plus Mechanical aptitude preferred Prior phone service / collections experience a PLUS
