Creative Director

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Opportunity

• Understand the brand essence of the KOHLER and other brands in our portfolio and be a creative idea generator for the brands and businesses.

• Know the business dynamics and opportunities and understand the (end) consumer to ensure that creative work is premium, smart and uniquely relevant to a particular audience.

• Conceptualize and deliver unique and breakthrough creative ideas that are grounded in consumer insight and elevate the brand and its products/services.

• Omni-channel experience required: social media / digital, e-commerce, print, TV, videos (corporate and social), brochures, trade shows. Interest in interior design and architecture are a big plus.

• Ensure consistent messaging and look & feel across all touch points (360-degree approach).

• Accountable for design and alignment with strategic objectives, design integrity and integration across channels.

• Responsible for delivering exceptional creative work on time, and on budget.

• Have an appetite for staying ahead of design trends and applying those trends, where appropriate, to the work.

Skills/Requirements

• University graduate in the fields of art, visual arts, graphic design, etc.

• With a minimum of 10-16 years solid working experience in advertising/digital/communications agencies

• Good communications skills in English (first working language) and Thai. Other languages are a bonus.

• Adaptable, initiative and able to meet deadlines within a tight schedule with minimal supervision.

• High social skills as this position requires working with team mates from around the world and from different backgrounds and cultures.

• High sense of urgency and able to work on various projects at the same time.

• Creative, open minded, self-motivated and detail oriented.

• Excellent communications skills, solution oriented.

• Passionate about design, luxury, aesthetics.

• Nurturing, collaborative, level headed.

• Willing to travel when required by business.
