The role:

We’re on the look-out for an Immigration and Logistics Coordinator to join the Production and Logistics Department in Auckland, New Zealand.

This role will be based in our Auckland office, reporting to the Head of Production and Logistics NZ and working closely with the extended Production and Logistics team based in New Zealand and Australia.

The Immigration and Logistics Coordinator will manage all aspects of the immigration process for personnel requiring visa clearance to enter New Zealand. They will assist the Promoter Representatives in booking on ground logistics (hotels, flights, vehicles) and support the Production and Logistics team with tour related administration.

Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills are a must for this role. You are able to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced and challenging environment. You are adaptable, self-motivated, open-minded and have strong relationship skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the NZ Visa immigration process for international artists and crew

  • Set up administration for tours.

  • Induct and train new Promoter Representatives on the Live Nation policies and processes.

  • Coordinate yearly training and update sessions for the Promoter Representatives.

  • Assist Promoter Representatives in booking on ground logistics on tours (hotels, flights, vehicles).

  • Liaise with travel agency to ensure information flow and tours are being delivered in a suitable manner.

  • Update the company on current state of the travel industry and any changes that will affect tours.

  • Manage all aspects of the Immigration process for all personnel requiring visa clearance for New Zealand to partake in LNA promotions and events.

  • Maintain strong relationships with immigration officials in New Zealand.

  • Comply with all regulations of immigration law in New Zealand.

  • Regularly update Company on developments & changes in the process and protocols for obtaining visas in New Zealand.

  • Work within and champion internal systems and processes.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar logistics role in the music industry, working with international artist parties.

  • Exceptional attention to detail is a top priority.

  • 1st class communicator (both written and verbal).

  • Enjoys building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Adaptable with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

  • Ability to work independently as well as strong team player in an ever-changing environment.

  • Strong computer skills including Excel & Microsoft Office (Mac based).

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

  • Passionate about live music and the music industry.
