HR Business Services – Time Management | HRBS Sr. Associate

Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

Sr. Associate HRBS is able to apply operational knowledge in the HR area, to provide the right service at the expected deadline in the first time. Also, it's able to identify, prioritize initiatives based on LATAM Markets.

Functions:

  • Be able to analyse and perform heal check, as well propose ways to solve Time Management;

  • Knowledge in Routines and standardization of flows and processes;

  • Skill to prepare and perform presentations to Nestlé Partners in Latam Markets (customer service knowledge);

  • SAP inputs;

  • Kronos inputs.

A day in the life of...

Operational activities related to the treatment of the time card (work shift, registration of days off, approval of overtime, bank of hours, overtime, entries of justifications for absences reported by employees, etc.)

What will make you successful

  • Desirable Intermediate English

  • Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Human Resources or related areas.

  • Basic Knowledge in human resource management and / or administrative positions with management of time / impact on the payroll of collaborators.

  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, Power Point,

  • Desirable Power BI, Teams, Sharepoint.

  • SAP knowledge is a differential;

  • Kronos knowledge is a differential.
