Quality Assurance-Sr. Analyst

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by focusing on the development and support of our Quality Assurance as well as functional areas within Aon Integramark. This position reports to VP of Program Analytics.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Alpharetta, GA office

What the day will look like

SUPPORTS the Account Executives in the management aspects of reporting, data queries, surveillance, and daily operational support of quality assurance platform for our Debt Cancellation clients. BUILDS, thru SQL, VBA, and data visualization of Excel, both client-facing reports as well as internal management surveillance of quality and client metric reporting as well as client-facing reports. COLLABORATES and provides support for client relationships and deliverables with key partner contacts on a day-to-day basis. Prepare and monitor baseline and complex new analytics and that contribute to revenue growth and cost reduction strategies. This position requires extensive knowledge of all functional processes within the company and the impacts of any process changes to reporting for all clients. These activities could vary from ad hoc client requests for data or analytics, new client report development, maintenance of existing client reporting, as well as internal reporting development or enhancements. ACTIVELY LISTENS to concerns, needs, goals or objections, both stated and unstated, and proactively develops reporting solutions to meet those needs.

SUPPORTS the VP of Program Analytics & Reporting in organizing tasks and information to effectively deploy meaningful client and customer care reporting while meeting/exceeding expectations.

  • WRITES, DEPLOYS and MAINTAINS complex queries and stored procedures through use of SQL, Excel, and Access to support both internal and client delivery of reporting as well as analytical support and data requests.

  • MAINTAIN accuracy for quality and reporting tables. Understanding the impacts and proactively alerting internal customers and clients regarding issues and delays is entailed as well. This position would help in overseeing the daily operations of processes within the department as well.

  • MAINTAINS reference tables in support of accurate client reporting.

  • PLANS and prepares for new clients, new programs, and new reports occurring in the day-to-day process by working together with those providing data and developing the new reports and gaining a working knowledge of the new reports.

  • DOCUMENTS and MAINTAINS our records of report development work and communicates progress to AIM team members and clients. PUBLISHES an inventory of reports and other contact points periodically.

  • WRITES or otherwise communicates persuasively to team and clients to help explain analysis and /or program recommendations based on the issue/data trends.

  • ATTENDS TO DETAILS with excellent written and verbal communication skills, extreme detail focus to avoid re-work and errors, and 100% follow-thru on outstanding items.

  • MAINTAINS good working relations with client contacts, key members of the Aon team and external resources.

  • MANAGES completion of specific reporting requests/tactics as assigned by Manager of Operational Excellence or VP of Program Reporting & Analytics.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • SQL, VBA, and Excel experience is required.

  • Power BI knowledge is a plus. Candidates will be tested on site for proficiency.

  • Knowledge of Call Center, related Quality and related support functions fundamentals and reporting is desired. Knowledge of Insurance Industry is a plus.

  • MS Office suite: expert user in Excel, Access and PowerPoint are critical; candidates will be tested for proficiency.

  • Must be able to present and communicate, both written and orally, to clients.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Financial Analysis preferred. Insurance industry experience a plus. Call center experience a plus.

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in business, finance preferred, or 5-7 equivalent years of industry experience.

    Pay Transparency

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $53,500 to $67,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

    This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
